Dear Annette and Warren, I am really thrilled with the new plantation shutters I've installed in the bedrooms of my home. I really did want to thank you and your team for your excellent service. From the initial discussions and the flowing through the measurement and finally the installation, I have found nothing but high quality, pleasant service - not something that is self-evident these days. Comparatively, the price was again, very good. I think price sometimes comes as a bit of a secondary issue (within reason) as having confidence in the supplier definitely is the primary concern - confidence that the product will be as ordered and delivered on time. Your help in choosing the colour, which I am delighted with, was appreciated. I think the shutters have made the rooms seem so much larger and more expansive - they really give a smartly tailored finish. Annette and Warren, I would be pleased to recommend your company at any time and thank you, once again, for a job really well done.

Annette with whom I spoke initially was an absolute delight to deal with and her sincerity and desire to assist in her friendly and courteous manner definitely needs to be commended. She followed up everything at every point and that makes her an absolute gem. Your installer whose name i unfortunately do not know but of course your records would easily reveal was a first class tradesman and again the friendly and thorough manner with which he carried out his work was equally remarkable. His attention to detail has left us with panel glides which are now so easy to move along and his expertise in all aspects was also so very much appreciated by us. Our congratulations to you Warren on the calibre of your employees of whom you must be justifiably proud.
